Invoice to each Ian's Way HomeownerTotal Invoice $1000.00 + Any Opt Out Fees
Yearly Homeowner Association Fee for 2025 is $800.00 Plus an Annual HOA Capital Reserve Fund Collection for 2025 is $200.00
Minimum amounts for each household must be paid up by the following deadlines and before 30 days after due dates to avoid monthly 2% late payment interest charges per HOA By-Laws.
February 1, 2025$200.00 1st Quarter HOA Fee is due
April 1, 2025$200.00 Annual HOA Capital Reserve Fund is due
May 1, 2025$200.00 2nd Quarter HOA Fee is due
August 1, 2025$200.00 3rd Quarter HOA Fee is due
November 1, 2025$200.00 4th Quarter HOA Fee is due
The following are the 3 Options for paying your annual association fees.
1Pay Full Amount
Total of $800.00 HOA Fee due on February 1, 2025, but no later than March 1, 2025
Plus of $200.00 Capital Reserve Fund due on February 1, 2025, but no later than May 1, 2025
Otherwise minimum amount is due by the deadlines above.
2Semi Annual Payments
First half of the total annual fee $400.00 is due on February 1, 2025, but no later than March 1, 2025
Plus of $200.00 Capital Reserve Fund due on February 1, 2025, but no later than May 1, 2025
Second half of the total annual fee $400.00 is due on August 1, 2025, but no later than September 1, 2025
Otherwise minimum amount is due by the deadlines above.
3Quarterly Payments
First Payment of $200.00 is due on February 1, 2025, but no later than March 1, 2025
Capital Reserve Fund of $200.00 due on April 1, 2025, but no later than May 1, 2025
Second Payment of $200.00 is due on May 1, 2025, but no later than June 1, 2025
Third Payment of $200.00 is due on August 1, 2025, but no later than September 1, 2025
Forth Payment of $200.00 is due on November 1, 2025, but no later than December 1, 2025

Common Land Lawn Cutting Due by 4/1/2025--- Homeowner Opt Out costs is $150 for the whole Year.
