Clean-Up Day
Association Member Clean Up Day Activities
Ian’s Way Take Pride In Our Neighborhood Day
Each calendar year the HOA schedules and communicates at least one neighborhood cleanup day.
- On this day or days we ask that all HOA members have at least one household member participate and contribute their time to help clean up our neighborhood so that we keep our neighborhood appearance nice and well maintained. It is our neighborhood, and it is up to all of us to work together to keep it looking great!
- Some activities performed on these days, but not inclusive, are …
- Clearing out command area culverts and others as needed on the street
- Raking common areas at the front of the street and the cul-de-sac circle
- Relevel the dirt piles created by the winter snow plows
- Cleaning up the entry way area by our lan’s Way Welcome sign
- Clearing common trails of leaves and overgrown vegetation
- We also remind folks that, per our By-Laws section IV LAND USE:
- that nothing be openly store on the property for an extended time, including such things as …
- No temporary structures;
- No storage of products:
- No storage of unregistered motor vehicles, nor any parts or components thereof, may be parked or stored on the premises except those stored in a garage or permanently permitted shed.
- No trailers, motor homes, recreational vehicles, tractors, or similar vehicles may be kept or stored outdoors on any lot.
Please review this section in our HOA By-Law for the full documentation of this section and if there are any questions, ask the HOA Board Members.
- There will be no opt out costs collected if someone is not able to participate, but it is highly encouraged that all households participate so our common land areas stay well maintained.
It is our neighborhood, and it is up to all of us to collectively keep it looking beautiful and not run-down or trashy.
